When I lost my job, I thought that I might have a case of wrongful termination, but it was a little complicated. I was very pleased with how Joe Byars listened to my side of the story, and fought hard to prove my case. He got documents we needed and was great at the depositions. My employer tried to make it seem like my complaints were "no big deal". Joe kept pushing, and stayed after them. I was very pleased with the result. I would hire Mr. Byars again. Thank you.

Joe: Thank you! I am happy with the judgement .... the very thing that I really wanted was some sort of statement from the judge validating the wrong that was done and he absolutely did that in more ways than one. I believe he was fair and objective with his decisions. The areas that were grey I think he left no open door ..... He simply followed the definition of the law. Joe, I thank you for representing me personally and professionally. It was a very long tedious road and I'm glad it is finally over and I can move on knowing the wrong was made right.
