PRACTICE AREAS
Joe Byars PA Attorney at Law has over twenty-five years of experience in handling serious personal injury cases. If you, or someone you know, have been seriously injured in an automobile accident, large truck or 19 wheeler accident, or seriously injured by a dangerous product, we have the experience to investigate and present the facts of your case in order to maximize the value of your settlement or result at trial. Joe will sometimes associate with other trial lawyers in the appropriate cases in the event special expertise is needed or desired in certain situations. The bottom line is that in serious accident cases, the best practices and highest level of attention will be given to your case.
Please call or send an email to Joe's firm. Joe will schedule an appointment to see you as soon as possible. The initial consultation in injury cases is free of charge. If he decides to undertake your case, he will have you sign our standard contingency fee agreement, which basically allows for payment to his firm of a percentage of the recovery. Sending an e-mail does not mean that you have become a client. It is only after we accept your representation, and both you and our firm sign a written contingent fee agreement, that you become our client. If you do not win, you will not owe a fee in accident cases.
